Hi guys, I’m about to join Amgen India in the HEOR team and have come across mixed (mostly negative) reviews on Glassdoor about work culture and work–life balance. I currently work in a service-based firm with good WLB and have a better retention offer.

Fast paced environment, late night calls, disruptive wlb, regional politics, managers not approachable or helpless, lack of team coordination, colleagues not really helpful and found them irresponsive in terms of knowledge sharing, RM doesn't care about anything except quality output. Sometimes, It feel isolated despite being in the office among colleagues.

My DoJ in the new co. is next monday. As I got a much better offer, I was about to turn down the previous offer and today, I have received the laptop from the firm I am supposed to join next week. How can I politely reject the offer now? Is it even possible?

For 🐠🐟 that live in the Circle C area, is there really a difference between Circle C proper vs. the surrounding neighborhoods (e.g. Circle C North)? Or are we basically just paying a premium for the name?

EY GDS: CTC 12 ( 11.20 Fixed )
Publicis Sapient: 16 CTC ( 14.5 LPA FIXED )
Neudesic (IBM) 16 CTC ( 14.5 FIXED + WFH Remote Complete )
PubMatic: 22.70 CTC + 2 lakhs Joining Bonus ( 16 fixed LPA + Other benifits, stocks, etc )

It will be very helpful if you can suggest with some reason.
