Hello Folks! I am a front end developer at TCS and currently serving notice period. I have 5 years of Total exp.Have 3 offers in hand from Cybage software12.79 LPA(11.50 fixed), Accenture 13.79(11.44 fixed),KPMG India14.65(12.5 fixed) In addition, i am having hr discussion with global logic tomorrow for profile senior software Dev.I am seeking for your advice that with what figure i should approach to globallogic or counter mentioned companies considering my expectation is to reach 19-20 LPA.

Will I get the yearly bonus if i join in october ?

Do any RA’s or PE’s on here sign and seal for their company? My firm is trying to bestow these responsibilities on us and I’m holding out for an increase in comp. This responsibility was not originally in my job description. Additionally I am the only one with my job title being required to do this. Everyone else that will be signing have a more senior role then me. Any feedback is appreciated.

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?
