$1500 should be doable but expect sqft to be where you compromise. Would suggest staying far away from Crest LC. Maybe talk to smart city apartment locators - I had good experiences with them in the past.
Very possible. I’m paying 1.5k on Katy Trail in a small one bedroom (650) square feet that is great. Use one of the apartment apps and put your filter on in map mode. Good luck.
Thanks!
Without question. I live at Miro in Victory Park (Near Happiest Hour) and paid 1450 for a 1bd, plus got 2 months free.
Oh wow.. That was a great deal!
Definitely possible, especially with a lot of the bigger buildings/complexes offer deals and discounts right now.
The areas you mentioned are all very different ( just fyi if you’re not from here)
Lol you can be older and single and also live in Uptown 😂
Try addison and nearby area (galleria mall).lots of new and modern condos have come up there..i live there and am paying 1650 for 2bd with all the amenities you mentioned. All the best!
I’m curious to know complex name also please.
Frisco!
Up and coming area! Has lots of née development and also some nice areas for fun. Google legacy west and frisco downtown!
Try Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, Coppell. A lot of options for your budget
Cityline in Richardson has great new apartments. We had a large 1bedroom in a brand new building with a pool view for just under $1500. Everything was energy efficient where are electricity bills were under $35/month
Legacy West in Plano has that. I used to live there. I’m moving to Uptown in late Jan - will compromise a little on space + slightly higher rent for this.
Las Colinas is great. I love the Lake. Stay away from Alesio Urban Center though!
