I'm feeling a bit low since I got an offer from Deloitte USI because I heard the work environment is complex, requires strong technical knowledge, and it's hard to stay in the organization if you're not technically very strong. Is that true? I currently have 3.5 years of experience. I'm performing well in my current org, and got nearhore opportunity too. But I stil feel like this.

Need info about Bangalore Metro. How is the availability? What is it about the purple line? Do we need metro card? Is it crowded a lot?

Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
