Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

Hi Fishes, working in TCS, Help me choose below option.
TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

2. Does it depend on current CTC or any other factor?

4. Do we receive Indian salary along with onsite salary?
5. Will our indian salary remains same once the onsite ends and we return to India?
6. What happens to the TCS medical insurance for parents if they stay in India?

Hi folks, i have recently joined tcs and now i had received a RnD kind of story and i have prepared the demo and also given the code to client as it was split between me and one client side developer. C3A grade employee in tcs. I have an offer from a company for onsite role and placement is in UK as permanent employee but the role given in offer is an entry level one. With almost 11 years of experience, is it good to accept this offer only for the on-site opportunity?
