Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

8/2021: need new F1 to attend grad school - now I know I need to leave the US and apply for new F1 visa from my home country. But I won’t be able to leave the US with I 485 pending, UNLESS I get advanced parole, but even that takes 120 days. Do I have any options other than to go home and reapply for F1 before filing I485? I was hired on with a company at the same time as my male coworker. We work the exact position, different projects.
I asked him flat out what his salary was when he hired on. His salary is at minimum 15% more. He’s never had a raise.
Neither one of us had any experience in this specific position but he didn’t even have experience in tech, which I did.
