Recruiter called last week and informed that Pune hirings are no more valid and no new offers will be released for Pune. Anyone faced the same?

Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?
I have another offer from CTS 23 fixed + 1.5 variable

Just got the call from a recruiter that they won’t be moving forward with my application after reviewing my take-home writing assignment. I was very proud of what I submitted, and know it was great quality and up to industry standards given I review/write this type of document quite frequently. They gave me good feedback on it, and I have it in the back of my mind that they are using applicants from consulting as free labor. Anyone else feel this way about interview take-home assignments??

Hi Fishes, need your advise.
I got an offer of 9 LPA and my current CTC is 6.22LPA.
I am confused whether I accept the offer or reject it because now a days there is no calls for interviews.
