Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Just keep nailing those stories, that is all we care about! Make sure the data is woven through the story nicely and gets resolved at the end in the results. (And don’t repeat the same story/example in different interviews).
Avoid saying « we », instead focus on what you did yourself specifically. What is YOUR contribution to the project. Also be prepared for follow up questions such as : would you do anything differently?
I wrote out a story for each LP. Many overlap so the exercise of coming up with at 1-2 for each helped put fresh examples in my mind. Each interviewer will ask you 2 questions so it’s easy to not overlap if you have prepped.
Also have a list of questions you want to ask the interviewer to show thought. I did mine based on seniority, history, individual experience depending on where they sat in the org.
Each interviewer will ask you 2-6 questions, depending on their style, FYI
