Amgen India is currently going through a transformation phase. The management and leadership are making strong efforts to stabilize and grow the organization. You may experience a startup-like culture, where you often need to take ownership, work independently, and sometimes put in long hours. It may not feel like a typical stable MNC at this stage. However, the learning curve here is steep and offers significant opportunities for growth.
Your comment does not sound like you know the real toxic culture going in Amgen , startup culture means more learning curve and work which can be accepted if its in right direction, but overall the management is micromanaging, poor work ethics and lot more.
