Hi guys,
What all things can be done in disciplinary action my 5 days were not there for office policy i have a genuine reason family health issues and have proper bills due which i couldn't able to come office but still managed to do work already told manager about this but got mail regarding office policy not adhered what will happen pip or termination and if termination do they mention such things

Did you get an email from your manager or HR .
If it's a genuine reason ideally no action will be taken just share the documents and even you can take exception for one time in a year for work from home.

Target Corporation -- TC 30LPA as a Sr. Engineer(Full stack)
And
Rubrik -- TC 30LPA + 750 RSUs as a Sr. Full Stack Dev

Really confused about where I should go,
Target tech stack - CQRS Java Spring boot microservices, React, Postgres, Mongo(The tech stack I am comfortable with)
Rubrik tech stack - Python Microservices, Postgres backend and Angular fronend.(The tech stack I have never worked with)

It comes down to Tech stack and WLB, Where should i join?
