I am 36 and having more than 10yrs or IT experience.
Is it easy to get the australia PR these days? What are the chances??
Is it a good idea to first get the PR and then apply for IT jobs there??

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?
