Hi, I am a UI/UX designer with 1+ years of experience. I resigned from my last company 3 months ago and have been actively applying for the past 3 weeks. Recently, I received a remote job offer from a small IT services company with a package of 3 LPA. I am unsure whether to accept it or wait for a better opportunity, as I am concerned about whether this role will provide the growth and experience needed for my future career. I would appreciate your guidance.
