Hi, I am having an overlap of 8 days from the very first company which I was part of only 2.5 months and then I joined the other company and worked for 4.5 years and I am trying to make a switch now. But My very first company DOE overlaps with the joining date and there is an overlap of 8 days, Anyone can suggest what can be done in this case. Please suggest me. I tried mailing them they are not responding.There is no option to change from the EPFO portal. How to handle this situation pls help.

Does anybody know how much it takes to receive Revised Offer letter from Mindtree ?
I had a discussion with the recruiter on 6th May and he agreed to send the revised offer letter, but I am still awaiting it. The recruiter is not receiving my calls, not replying to my sms and emails as well.

Hello fishes, I received offer letter from Mindtree and uploaded the documents on their onboarding portal. But now I have a better offer in hand and hence will not be joining Mindtree. Do I have to worry about thr uploaded documents ? Does document upload confirm thay I will join Mindtree amd hence cannot join any other company?
