Chubb anybody at Chubb knows the range of salary? Being in grade 24 means what range?

The salary grades are huge from my understanding so grade level doesn’t tell you much. I even think some grade levels overlap but not sure.

I echo that the ranges are large - payband 24 should pay 90k-125k

Chubb 2 is right, the bands are intentionally large. Mangers get access to the ranges in the bands, 24 starts at 65 but only goes slight over 100, so they won’t have the budget for 125 of that is what you are expecting

Salary ranges are very large and can overlap. If I recall 24 is around 60-70k

I'm a paralegal getting my MBA by August 2023. I had an interview for a new position at my current company but in a different department. The new position is to help open new locations across the US including hiring, training, performance, etc. It is heavy travel (75%) going to the new sites. Salary for the new position is $110k and I currently make $85k. No formal offer yet but current department is trying to keep me. ADVICE PLS!
