Journalism is the best job in the world but I feel like people are less likely to take my work seriously because I am female. Its hard to be positive nowadays in any work. When I joined IT industry i thought in IT we will not have politics and shit but its there. Ppl dont want to work together. They just want to keep their power. They achieve something and they wanna keep it anyhow. Its really sad. You wanna work with your open heart but ppl above you wont let it because in the end their position will be in danger. Why would be in danger? You know stuff, you have knowledge, you can grow more and more. Right??
