ZS 🐠 - can you receive sponsorship for MBA prior to having tenure of 3 years? If not, what is the downside of applying after 1 or 2 years? I am coming in with 3+ YOE in consulting, so my application would be competitive for next fall (or ‘23)

Any Scimitar 🐠 or folks familiar with Scimitar? A colleague at EY just accepted a role there and claims the total comp is 40% more than his total comp at EY and he was at the very top of the senior consultant pay band as an MBA hire. The folks on LinkedIn look like a bunch of former PwCers.

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Thoughts on Wealth Management as an industry? Offered a role to work under a senior FA and eventually take over the book (~$800M AUM and growing). I was laid off in June. Most consulting companies are on a hiring freeze that I’ve talked to. It’s pretty hard on my psyche to not get down on myself. I worked so hard to get to Deloitte and now it feels like I’m starting over. It’s tough. Any advice on companies that are hiring? I only want to go if it is a fit not just anywhere you know. Thanks.
