My current is 29 LPA (fixed) and I’m expecting 35 LPA (fixed) I fear they might offer the job to other candidates because of my high expectations. I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that.
