I’ve been in this position for about 5 months now and I keep messing up. Losing track of tasks. I have never felt dumber. Any advice? Should I be doing better at this point? I’m a licensed attorney!! 22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Scheduled to retake AUD in 4 weeks and take REG 4 weeks after. Ready to finish this beast!

Gave AUD on Wednesday and my exam was VERY hard. 4 sims with exhibit were very lengthy and complicated and one sim I had no idea what it was asking(never seen it before). Very nervous for the result as this was my 2nd try. 😭

Failed FAR miserably. Should I start studying all over or just do the MC?

I took FAR in Aug and AUD last week. Didn’t pass FAR and feeling like I may have passed AUD. My original NTS for them runs out on dec 18. If I get a new NTS for one of them to take before busy season do I have to wait to take it until after my original NTS runs out?

I only have Reg left. I failed it once before. For those who have passed Reg what were some of things you focused on? Also if you have any study tips I would really appreciate it, tax has never come naturally to me.

Hi all! In which order do you recommend studying BEC chapters ? Which ones are heavily tested compared to others ? (For example in AUD A3-A4 were tested for sims and I’ve studied A1-A5-A6)

how in the world are people passing REG?? i just got to R4 and i feel like i legitimately know nothing like I’m doing quite horribly on all MCQs so far

Just walked out of FAR test, literally cried after submitting it. SIMS were something I got ripped off by, can say clearly 4 out of 8 sims I kind of missed completely...😭😭😭 don’t know if I can ever get over this

New York folks:
Are you aware of the CPA exam credit extension to 2021 for NY CPA candidates impacted by COVID19? It’s on a person-by-person basis and you need to request the extension. Has anyone tried doing this yet? Can anyone shine more light on this? The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.

What was the hardest section to get through for REG studying? Did it then pay off in the exam?

FAR on Saturday - Absolutely terrified. I feel like there’s so much I don’t know how to do and idk how to handle not knowing everything.

Anyone take far recently? Took today and have no clue how it went tbh. Sims were pretty toils - felt like I blindly went through them
