Got contacted by a McKinsey recruiter for experienced hire interview (position I applied for) and she connected me directly to the partner due to my domain expertise. Partner liked my expertise and gave thumbs up. What would be the next step? Do I need to go through other interviews (exp/case interviews) still or does this mean process is being expedited since my area of expertise is in demand?

Got a message from a Bain recruiter looking for experienced hires to start q1. I'm very interested but cautious because they're looking for a speedy process...feels a little rushed. Anything to be concerned about that I don't know? Like could this just be an attempt to get huge app volume or can I assume there's actually a chance if they reached out?
