Hi - I am part of the Deloitte India practice - joined in Oct 2024. Need some small info in the context of my situation - I was assigned to a project, but the feedback has been terrible, so I have 2 questions

1) Will Deloitte India lay off employees even in Year 1

2) If they lay off, will we be entitled to a notice period, or is it like packing the bag on the same day?

New Employer (Oracle) mentioned that his budget will expire by May 31 so cloudn't shift the DOJ.

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂

My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
