Hi , i am python backend lead with 5 years of experience. I have exposure for multiple things like flask, django, FastAPI, MySQL, mongodb, db schema, intermidiate system design, rest APIs , Microservices, worked startup culture closed to founder , built products from scratch.
But still I am finding it hard to make a switch because my 60 days of notice period and very high expectations of knowledge. I am upskilling continuously.
Can anyone guide me how can deal with this issue.

Surrounding yourself with the right people can make a major impact in living the life that you want.

People who Teach, Empower, and Support you in every aspect of your life will fast-track your growth. Also, surrounding yourself with these people will give you an environment of freedom to talk about anything.

Do you have these types of people in your current relationships? If so, make sure you prioritize building on them as they are your keepers.

I am a odoo Developer and i think there are so many jobs on django. so i started learning django too.
As both framework based on python, one follows MVC and another one MVT concept.

if after 4 years experience in odoo, may i change to django?
will this affect my expected salary (expectaion 50% hike)?

there are so many jobs in django more than odoo.

Job locations in odoo are not comfortable for me and i did not found large companies working on odoo

please suggest me what should i do?
