Hi, I am working as a Change Mgmt Analyst since last 2 & half years. I completed my B.Tech in 2022 and since then working in this domain.

I know that to foster in this domain, I need to add an MBA against my name but I do not want to leave my job and pursue it full time.

Is there another way through which I can enhance my education through - online, distance or PGDM courses?

Would it be hard to get a exp associate role in advisory at a B4 as someone with about 10 months in audit at EY, 7 months experience in corporate accounting at a F300 and CPA? Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I’m starting a financial analyst position at a major hospital system in my area soon and want to stick with that for a couple years before making a transition but was curious if I just don’t have the right experience for a role in advisory.
