Hi, I cleared 2 tech rounds for a React role at LTIMindtree. HR confirmed the client interview but hasn’t scheduled it yet. They said they’ll book the slot soon but it’s been a few days with no update. Has anyone experienced delays at this stage? Is it common to get ghosted after client confirmation? How long does it usually take to hear back or get the final round scheduled? Appreciate any inputs!

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. I moved out& rented an apt for 2 mos before signing a lease on the house I live in now. This house has a serious big problem& I've found mold here too. Continued below
