Hi , I got an offer for L4 role at target. I had accepted the offer at that time . My joining date is near and i have got another offer. Should i negotiate with HR to increase compensation or not as they might revoke the offer.

1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.
