Bain & Company Can someone recommend a good starting point on how to go around solving case interviews? What frameworks should I follow? I am kinda new to case interview and want to develop skills to solve them. Any books, online sources would be really appreciable. To elaborate on OW1’s response: OW will pay for a little less than half of the typical MBA cost of attendance (tuition, housing, books, etc.), in exchange for 3 years back at the firm post-MBA. Correct that you must say please
All of them. If they're a top consulting firm, they pay for your MBA.
KPMG sponsors MBAs if you get into a top 10 school, transfer to the strategy practice in mgmt consulting, and agree to stay on for 3 years post-MBA
Not IBM...they cant even afford a salary anymore
Basically any Associate who is on track for promotion/ successfully promoted to consultant will get sponsorship
We will also sponsor business PhDs, and---sometimes--law school
^ McK I heard you guys sponsor med school too?
ATK
Accenture does
Deloitte pays for quite a few people to get their MBA.
PwC pays for 10-15 each year (that's the entire US).
I've heard EY rarely sponsors.
We do it but you gotta say please 🤗
P3, 3 years of service is required upon completion.
And I've heard that 20-40 people apply each year, you actually have really good odds if you go for it. The year I received it, appx. 10 out of 15 were PT or EMBA.
Accenture strategy does
Strategy& / PwC does.... not sure the limit though
Known a few people at EY that got sponsored
PwC's plan covers PT, FT, and EMBA.
Currently full-tuition sponsored from pwc - competitive program but very doable
Interesting McK. We cover equivalent or 2 years of b-school in some alternative programs eg 2 years of law school
Deloitte offers 1 or 2 years full time MBA to direct out of undergrad recruits with 3 years of service when they apply to the program (ends up being 4 years). They also offer other programs - PhD, etc., if you make a case for it that can be 3+ years. Will reimburse at anniversary of start date each year after returning based on # years of study. If you get a scholarship, they will reimburse 1/2 the scholarship plus the amount of full tuition paid. EMBAs are reimbursed to select top talent if you ask, no formalprogram. Part times are reimbursed up to $10k a year I think and that’s the easiest process to get approved.
