Hi, I got an offer from ford which I accepted. I also got an offer from another company and I tried to negotiate with them last week and the HR asked me to share the letter with salary breakup. I shared him the details last week. When I tried to call him to get an update, he is not picking up the call. I have even send a mail but no reply. My joining date is next week.

Will they match the other company's offer? Any specific reason why the HR is not responding to my call or mail?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. Yet again no luck whatsoever, just finding jobs as budtenders or running a dispensary. Does anyone know where I can find research-based cannabis jobs? A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
