Hi, I graduated from a B.Tech college in July 2024. During my final year, I worked part-time at a non-IT company for 10 months, from March 2024 to October 2024. During this time, they created a PF account in my name and two member id's in it.
Now, I have one UAN with two member IDs linked to it.
The issue is: I received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Wipro, where they are considering only freshers.
Will I still be considered a fresher? Could this cause any issues during background verification?

I have my final round interviews with Amazon next week! I’m going for the Campaign and Creative Manager role - any tips/advice? How did you manage 4, one hour long interviews? What to expect from a TC standpoint? I am based in NYC.

I’ve made it to the 3rd round interviewing at three different firms over the past month, and the feedback I’m getting has all been very similar: they think I’m really great, but it’s not the right time. Why spend 4-6 hours interviewing me just to say there isn’t actually a current role for me? Should I be reading between the lines (if so what does it mean?) or pressing harder for more detailed feedback?

People with experience with panel interviews/super day/multiple on site interviews within the same day: how long did it take to hear back? Since company interviewing all final stage candidates in one day it should be quick…
