one from HCL with 16.5 lakh fixed- 2.5 (1.5 lakh yr and 1 lakh mn pay) variable pay and 50k others(insurance,gratuity). Total 19.5
And one from DXC Technology but with 18.5 fixed 1 lakh variable pay and 50k for others. Total 20
Both of them providing WFH option.
Since I still have 30 days left in np and 25lpa is in the pipeline with wfo from Hyderabad.
Which one to choose? Shall I go with WFH option or how much lpa will compensate my wfh offer for wfo.

Hey fishes, urgent help....

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
