Hi, I have a colleague who lost her baby at 33 weeks. She was on maternity leave , I dont have any known in CG and she is not at a good mental stage.

Can she continue with her maternity leave which has already been approved or does she need to come back to work within 2 months instead of 6 months ?

I'm an MBB Consultant with an offer for a role in Strat Ops in another country. After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline?
