Does Capgemini asks for rent agreement along with rent receipts as a part of tax proof submission?

I’m a SE, and been doing it professionally for around 3 years, no college education or anything, im only 21 and I accepted an offer at a company on november 2021, the offer was for a salary of 116,000 plus a 10-15% yearly bonus. How do you sell crypto according to longterm vs short term tax depending on when you bought the crypto?
