Don’t join SCB GBS. It’s worst organisation to work. Very first day you start enjoying the atmosphere, but believe me gradually you feel how much politics is there in background. Full third class people will be surrounded. Increment you will forget. If you join at the higher range for the band, you will not get increment unless you got promotion. And to get a promotion there are 1000 KPI, anyone miss will lead you not to promote. Join only if you don’t have any other option. Best of luck

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. Anyone switch companies and either regret it or are glad they did?
