Hi , I have been offered a role in Customer Centric Engineering team in data cloud as Software Engineering MTS. How good or bad is the role in terms of dev work, wlb and tech stack. Also how tough is it to move teams to a traditional scrum team ?

I finally got a raise (after 10 years) from 45k to 50k with less than 10k in incentives while others who are just starting at lower positions make more than me..I want to bring this up but don’t want to come off in a bad way considering they finally gave me a raise this year.

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on?
