What do big four federal healthcare associates (with 2 years work experience in healthcare industry) make in the advisory practice?

Anyone out there who left their previous job for a new one have any advice or life experience to share? I’ve been thinking about it for months but currently feel comfortable in my job/the products I work on. I’d say I have a great work/life balance but I do know that I could be making 20-30% more and have better benefits if I left. I also feel a bit stagnant in my job but the job security has kept me put. Would love to hear if leaving a comfortable job for more money is always worth it.

For any of you real estate investors, what tools or sources did you learn from when getting started. Can’t find a mentor currently so want to find some highly recommended books or videos. If focused on the tri-state area (NY, NJ, Long Island mainly) that would be even better. My hope is to buy and rent out a apartment while also owning a house and house hacking that by renting part of it out. Trying to understand all the steps, traps, and how to find if it’s a good investment.

Need advice on where to invest my money. I’m 27 y/o and have 100k saved. 25k with a badly managed robo advisor which has only given me +3% this year, 15k actively invested and 45k in cash (pls no judgement, I know about inflation, that’s why I’m seeking advice), 15k in my retirement savings fund. My daily tasks are very mundane and thereby, I am planning to transition to Data science. I looked at various online courses like upgrad, scaler and they are very expensive. Since, I am new to the field, I am assuming it would be difficult to transition without guidance. How is the blackbelt plus program by analytics vidhya? All suggestiins welcome on how to transition.

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.
