Hey, Talk to your parents and a lawyer. While I fully understand why you’d want to make his actions public, make sure it doesn’t come in the way of the justice you want legally. So be sure please first of all.
HR might not sack an employee till they’re proven guilty IMO. Also, HR is not a justice system on personal matters. Not sure what authority they will have.
Have your searched for Women’s support groups online? They will be better people to suggest what you should do next. Take care and stay safe.
