Hi,

I was currently holding 2 offers - Qualitest ( 9 LPA fixed ) and Accenture 9.18 LPA( 7.6 L+ 1.58L variable ), during my notice period I promoted to Associate (6.7 LPA) in my current company.
So I asked HR to revise my offer letter and I expected around 11 LPA they asked me to submit promotion letter and counter offer of different company (Qualitest )as well.
What do you think how much they can match ??
