Hi IBMers, I recently was added to a new project with whole new fresh team. But my whole team was onboarded except me. I was not onboarded for around 2 months that means I was unbillable as well. But recently I got onboarded and have started doing work. But my manager still won't allow me to clock ILC as billable. Will this affect my performance index?
