I'm a new joiner at HCL Tech_Bangalore, I have a query regarding the timesheet submission, when proceeding to submit time sheet we get a 1st page where we should do some daily check in or something, and another option to proceed to submit time. I'm not sure which one should I do, if the check in and out times different then the standard 9 hours per day submission would that be a problem!
And in case of working at office it's calculated automatically based on ID card 1st and last swipe!HCL Te

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Mid-1970’s was the era when alcohol was finally considered harmful to the child during pregnancy. This has to explain why we have an entire boomer generation that has two late incoherent 70 year olds battling it out for the most powerful position in the developed world.

I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. I like working from home. Anyone have any insight into the possibility of this temp job becoming permanent. Did the SBA hire you permanently when your temp position ended? How did that happen?

I have a MHA, MBA, and BSHA. I’m wanting to get into a supervisor or manger role but I don’t have the experience. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I dive in and start getting the experience I need? I live in Washington and work in Oregon. Also, anything using my MBA would be favored as well, this degree is not healthcare specific. Thank you!

What is your job title? As it right now I’m managing a team of product owners and I’m unofficially being called “Chief Product Owner.” I’m in the process of working with a coach to get my resume updated so I can begin applying for external roles. But I don’t even know what job titles to target.
