I tell you, as an HR person, I use it to post jobs and write ads, but I do not use SHRM anymore and want ZERO affiliation with SHRM like so many of the very educated, experienced HR professionals we want NOTHING to do with the nonsense direction the organization is going in and choose to get our information from other professionals like attorneys and HRCI (the organization where our certifications began) and World at Work (where we can get comp and benefit certifications).

Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.

And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?

I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.
