I have experience in operations, program management, process improvement, and healthcare strategy, but I sometimes question how my background aligns with hospital roles. How often do hospital systems hire professionals from adjacent healthcare areas, such as payer, managed care, or outside traditional hospital settings?

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.
