Yes, but everything relies on time management and staying committed to the idea despite working too much.
It IS two jobs and building something, generally, is harder than the day job. Outsource as much as possible.
Yes, definitely agree with time management and blocking out time to work on it. When I first started, I would block out a couple hours of time 3x a week and then do some on the weekend until I was able to get some real momentum going.
All about setting blocks and committing to them. If you're weak about it, you'll never get it done, but if you stay committed and your ideas have legs, you can definitely pull this off with a little luck.
It takes organization and time management, but it is possible to do. It will require a great deal of discipline to get the job done. Create a schedule and stick to it, you'l be fine. Good luck on your venture!
Yep, currently do it. As long as there are minimal meetings, it's actually fairly easy to manage when you get into the rhythm of things. Meetings throw everything off lol
I’ve tried for 5 years. I built a semi-successful company tho it wasn’t enough to allow me to make a living just doing that. I’d say you have to let your weekends go and use them as work days for your side hustle. Start early on some week days to allow time for external calls and networking. I’d say beyond time management, the biggest issue i ran into was budget. You have to feed money you make in your day job into your side hustle and it’s tough and takes a lot of sacrifice. With that said, i think it a challenge worth taking on. Even if you don’t end up turning into your full time job, you’ll learn a lot and will have those skills for life.
Time management is like a skill that you need to master. It may be confusing and quite difficult at first but when you get accustomed to it, you'll notice that your body and mind just automatically do the job by themselves.
