Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.

Should I consider that I am not being selected?

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I can’t get over how meaningless my life is. I feel stuck in a dark tunnel with no light at the end. I don’t know what I’m doing in life. It’s overwhelming and makes me cry over every little thing.
