Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. I have an offer from HCL and TCS Noida and KPMG Pune. Offer from KPMG being a slightly higher package. Pune is far from my hometown and Noida is Close. Can you please suggest will KPMG be worth joining as a cloud and DevOps Engineer ? Is there a chance of relocation later since now there was an opening just for the Pune location?
