If i have a counter offer 25lpa with better role, will EPAM be open to negotiate? I feel the role & ctc are not on par.

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:

How detailed should it be? I assume I won't know what goals to set till I start...

So I work as an assistant manager at a restaurant for the past 9 months. I've worked in restaurants for the past 6 years science I was 16. Now I'm 22. I went to a trade school for media and film. I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. Hi all! I have a data science/financial modelling background and looking to get into PM. Trying to map out a path as I don’t have much product experience. Would it make sense to transition into a product analytics data science role first and then to PM?

I have been in Product Management even before the term Product Management was so prevalent. I have initiated ideas for new products to align with company strategy and goals, designed and managed the development of the products, and enabled delivery of product to the market. Since most of these are B2B products, delivery would include a phased-production rollout to those customers, based on their roles, locations etc. I have developed both software and data products in the healthcare and social

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

Does anyone recommend doing any courses or degrees on product management? I am a functional consultant and I don’t have experience in PM. However I know I don’t want to stay in consulting in the long run given the long hours, and how sales play a big role

At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical.
