Hi! I’m trying to improve my AI skills but I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the content out there. Tried a couple of coursera courses but didn’t think they were very useful. Can anyone recommend a good course/ YouTuber etc to upskill myself ? I’m mostly using Claude/ ChatGPT but haven’t explored agents etc

For all you retail people...are you experiencing a very slow holiday season? I am a retail manager and I feel like this season has been freakishly slow. I thought we would at least match last year's number or be up a little bit but we are trending down. I talked to employees of other stores in the mall and they are saying the same thing. Need some advice on renting here in ATX.

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. I moved out& rented an apt for 2 mos before signing a lease on the house I live in now. This house has a serious big problem& I've found mold here too. Continued below
