Hi joined capgemini one month back currently on bench, got 2 client interviews but didn't get through both of them. How many months do they give to get into a project and is there any risk of termination if someone remains on the bench after multiple interview rejections?

They usually keep you on for a couple of months but I'm not sure how your situation will play since you're in your probation period. My advice is if your NP within probation is 1 or 2 months start looking for a new job. It's not worth staying in Capgemini.

Hi everyone. I’m a front end software engineer. I’m interviewing next week for a solutions engineer at a company I really like, which I mistakenly applied for as I saw they needed ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Upon reading the job description, it’s clear I will be doing a lot of sales and client consulting over actually coding. I know they have a FE SWE role open. How would you approach asking the recruiter if there are any SWE openings I could be considered for instead ?
