Technically yes..we had unlimited work from home even before covid..but then prople are expected to show up in office for some days at least (varies as per manager)..After covid there is new policy where people can work from anywhere they want for as long as they want with a caveat that business shouldnt be impacted and team should be fine with it..Finer logistics are yet to be seen once covid subsides..
