That's tough. How long have you been together and when did he start it? Have you discussed it and his ramp up timeline? Chances are you are integral to his support system, but it has left you out in the cold. Those hours are not atypical in the initial days, but are also unsustainable. How fast is he getting help? How willing/able is he to hire help?
Have a discussion with him. But bring it from a concern for him, not a "me" viewpoint. Not saying don't assess it yourself from a me standpoint, just don't start the conversation that way.
He's in a tight spot. First, figure out if there is a way to help him through it. Chances are he's looking at this as a short term sacrifice to build something incredible for the two of you. Try on his vision and see if it works for you. And if it doesn't, that's okay. You're getting married to have a life together, not be roommates.
I’m married to a co-founder too. Yep, it’s kind of what I signed up for. The drive, the ambition, etc that is attractive about him is also what is frustrating when work becomes the second spouse.
