Hi, Me & my one colleague are put in PIP in Accenture, we both got offer outside.. but we have also put our paper in December, when PIP started HR told if you fail PIP, PIP end date will be your LWD as per policy.. I wanted to know this policy is applicable to people in Notice period as well right, the LWD in case PIP failure applies to everyone irrespective of whether they're on notice period or not right?

We need to know this as both got joining date in last of Jan
