I've developed many niche software for Navy and am good with Python, Java, JSP, SQL. For perspective - TCS quoted 20 cr for similar s/w that I've singularly designed & developed. Plz help me make a decision- Quit Navy and lookout for a job right away or Stay in the current role for another 7 yrs(will be 42 by then) for pension eligibility

What is a fair/competitive salary for a therapy (PT/OT/SLP) supervisor position for a large, non-profit healthcare system in Des Moines, IA? Job post says 80-120k. I have 5 years experience as a therapist. Curious if it is reasonable to expect to make “top of scale” pay (~90-95k) for a staff PT/OT/SLP as a supervisor?

Junior partner at a specialist boutique consulting firm (compete w/ MBB primarily in our verticals) with prior experience in PE on both deals and ops side, and corp dev. My career here is pretty stable and money is good enough without killing myself (500k+ cash) but I miss being an investor vs an advisor. Is there any path back to GE/PE at this stage? My gut says no unless it's a firm where I have a client relationship and I get lucky but hard to broach the subject given dynamics. Any advice?

CCTC-18, YOE -7.5, QA automation Offer in hand- 28 LPA, 75 days NP left Accenture is retaining with 25%hike and leadership told that remaining 25% will be covered in the dec cycle. Should I consider this offer or look for outside opportunities. I feel that getting 28+ package will be difficult at my YOE and techstack. Interviewed for an in-house position. I was told that the position was remote through the majority of next year, but they would eventually like someone on site. Definitely understandable, of course! However, there seemed to be some flexibility here as some employees will remain remote indefinitely. I am interested in working remotely and flying out as needed, etc. Any room for negotiation? Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.
