Hi moms! Not sure if anyone knows this- is it legal for an employee to be allocated over 100% to clients? Say bet 110-120%?

Yes lol. I was allocated on 2 clients for 150% for a couple years despite a lot of pushing back and saying no. Had to leave to right size.

I’m completely over allocated and they don’t understand why I don’t have time to do more. 😂 Need to go elsewhere before I get burnt out.

Yes, legal assuming the employee is salaried and “at will” (this is typically the type of employment contract signed in the US). Unionized, hourly contracts like a teacher for example are much different legally speaking.

Any advice on how to pick the best company for me when offered a position from more than 1 company? I've been interviewing extensively with 4 companies, and I believe 2 are getting ready to send offers. If I receive more than 1 offer - how do I choose? I compared benefits, pros/cons, compared them on Glassdoor, questioned them about growth opportunities, asked about their culture.....anything I am missing? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

In the offer letter the "Provident Fund" And "gratuity" Is mentioned. In the salary calculation in hand, we will not consider these amounts right? As these components are received when someone retires..right? .. Please confirm.
